At Stafforce, we're passionate about connecting people with opportunities and helping our clients build reliable, skilled workforces. We are looking for a proactive and organised Candidate Consultant (Account Coordinator) to join our team, supporting a number of key client accounts across the Hull area.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll play a vital part in the candidate journey, from sourcing and onboarding workers through to supporting their assignments and ensuring our clients receive an outstanding service.
As a Candidate Consultant, you will work closely with our recruitment and account management teams to support the delivery of temporary workforce solutions. This role is primarily office-based but will involve travel to client sites across the Hull area to support onboarding and workforce activities.
The standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, however flexibility is essential as some client requirements may require early starts. You will also participate in an out-of-hours and weekend on-call rota to support our clients and workforce when needed.
