Assistant Administrator


We're looking for a highly organised and motivated Assistant Administrator to join our team supporting a major project based in Seacale.

***IMMEDIATE START***

This is a varied role where you'll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes, coordinating records, supporting team activities, and ensuring key processes are kept up to date and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping personnel competency and training records up to date
  • Coordinating training and ensuring compliance is maintained
  • Supporting meetings, tracking actions, and team communications
  • Managing project documents, reports, and filing systems
  • Handling general admin tasks such as orders, timesheets, and expenses
  • Acting as a key point of contact for the project team

What you'll bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous admin experience (any project or technical environment is a bonus)
  • Confident communication and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Valid P4 Pass (essential)


Hours:
Full-time (Mon-Thurs 08:30-17:00, Fri early finish) with some flexibility required.

Flexibility to work home 2-3 days of the week.
