£26,325 per annum - £13.50 per hour

Monday to Thursday 9am until 5pm & Friday 7am until 3pm

Permanent - Immediate start available

Our long established manufacturing client based in Daventry, are recruiting for a permanent Administration Assistant.

The role:

Our client are looking to recruit a well organised and focused full time Administration Assistant to manage the daily office and wider operational requirements. The role combines order processing using Sage 50, communication with customers, colleagues and suppliers plus general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office.

Administration Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep updated supplier and customer pricing.
  • Assist Accounts Department with processing of purchase orders.
  • Communicate with customer enquiries by telephone and email.
  • Keep up to date records and maintenance schedules, Personnel, Health & Safety documents, training logs & production schedules.
  • Assist Managers and Company Directors with any ad-hoc tasks required.

Administration Assistant required skills / experience:

  • Previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Have a strong understanding of Sage 50
  • Have very good customer service skills both verbal and written.
  • Have good communication and organisational skills.
