We're on the lookout for an Administration Coordinator to join our client based in Bromsgrove on a full time, permanent basis.
Salary: £26-£28,000 PA (depending on experience).
Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)

The Role:
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' global customers. You will be responsible for managing the customer journey efficiently, from initial inquiry to order fulfilment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support international trips with the Sales Team.
· Management/planning/ booking of international trips.
· Appointment booking, planning logistics and customer management
· Handle customer enquiries, orders, and requests from international clients
· Liaise with customers regarding shipments, product specifications, and order processing.
· Coordinate with the logistics teams to track orders and provide updates to customers.
· Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to export compliance regulations.
· Support customers with returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting.
Essential Requirements:
· Previous experience in customer service.
· Export administration experience, managing international orders, logistics, and documentation
· Handling complex queries and ensuring seamless customer support
· Experienced using Sage 200, Microsoft software and Adobe
· Familiarity with international logistics, shipping documentation, and export regulations is an advantage.
· Proficiency in French or Italian is desirable but not essential.
