We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with an international company based in Burton-On-Trent.

Salary: Circa £21,000 per annum, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week with an hour for lunch

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will play an essential role in supporting and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

· Report to the administrative lead or office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.

· Work with the internal and external sales team, placing orders and arranging deliveries

· Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organising documents.

· Assist with ISO 9001:2015 accreditation system

· Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.

· Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication.

· Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.

· Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.

· Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.

· Become involved in LinkedIn and other media and advertising platforms

About You:

· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Proactive, and ready to grow with your skills.
