We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for a company based in Burton On Trent on a full time and permanent basis.

Salary: Circa £25-30,000 per annum DOE

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30

Annual leave: 23 days plus Statutory bank holidays

About the role:

  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Management of compliance and H&S documentation including RAMS.
  • Supporting accounts team when required.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff and providing feedback to improve internal performance
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, organising company events, and making travel arrangements for staff.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems and databases, adhering to data protection guidelines.
  • Drafting and formatting documents, reports, and presentations, and providing general support to management and other departments
  • Support Quoting & Sales as and when needed in creating quotes and customer liaison

About you:

  • Computer literate
  • Well organised
  • Good knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of working with Engineers and manufacturing practices
  • Good team player
