We are currently recruiting for a Hydraulic Power Pack Builder on behalf of our well-established client in Witham St Hughs, just on the outskirts of Lincoln.

Our client is a leading company that specialise in design and manufacture of hydraulic systems and solutions to our considerable customer base. We are committed to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.

As a Hydraulic Power Pack Builder, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the precise assembly, fit, and testing of hydraulic power packs.

You will be responsible for assembling various components and delivering hydraulic systems to meet high standards of quality and performance.

Working Monday to Thursday, 7am - 3:30pm and Friday 7am - 3pm.

Salary £26,000 to £28,000 per annum (depending on experience).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Fit, align, and connect hydraulic components, including pumps, motors, valves, filters, and hoses, following established guidelines.
  • Collaborate to resolve any technical challenges and ensure the correct integration of components.
  • Conduct testing and inspection to verify the function and performance of assembled hydraulic power packs.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work space, including proper storage of tools and materials.
  • Comply with company health safety policies and procedures and, as applicable, ensure safe use and maintenance of all equipment and fully utilise all safety items within the legal and H&S requirements.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Health & Safety guideline proficiency
  • Assembly & Light Engineering experience is preferred but not essential
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Understanding of Quality Controls
