Temp - Perm Opportunity

Salary £24,600

Full Time - 36 Hours a week ( Half Day Friday )

As a key member of the Instrument Assembly team, you'll be responsible for assembling, testing, and packing sub-assemblies and instruments to the highest quality standards. You'll also support a range of production and warehouse tasks across the site, ensuring we meet customer demands efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test instruments according to production and quality standards
  • Pack products with care and accuracy
  • Adhere to lean manufacturing and health & safety principles
  • Work flexibly across different areas of production as needed
  • Accurately record stock usage and maintain production documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a hands-on production or assembly environment (desirable, not essential)
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Basic IT literacy for production and stock records
