Assembly Operative

As an Assembly Operative, you will work with detailed schematics to build and test products, ensuring everything meets strict quality and safety standards. Full training is provided, so you'll have the support you need to succeed from day one.

Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities

• Assemble component parts onto printed circuit boards
• Test and inspect completed boards to ensure quality standards
• Support production finishing tasks, including assembling cases
• Follow work instructions and processes accurately
• Maintain high standards of health and safety
• Report any production issues or improvements

Assembly Operative skills

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to follow diagrams and written instructions
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
