We are currently recruitng for an Assistant Operations/Quality and Training Manager on behalf of our client in Saxilby, Lincoln.

You will be part of a small team assisting the Operations Manager in the day to day running of operations across 4 business divisions and supporting the 2 Company Directors.

Key Tasks include but not limited to:

  • Assist Managing the team.
  • Market Research.
  • Tender opportunities.
  • Monitoring the work of administrative and field-based staff
  • Consulting with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
  • Attending meetings with senior management where required
  • Assisting with the organisation's HR function.
  • Using accounts software
  • Managing remittances, chasing overdue invoices, and generating quotes and invoices.
  • Assisting the Administrative team with bookings
  • Management of workflow tracker.
  • Dealing with client correspondence as required

Essential Skills:

  • Diploma of Higher Education
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail
  • Great customer service and phone manner
  • IT Literate
  • Experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
  • Experience of accounting software
  • Previous experience of Assistant Manager / Management role
  • Management 2 years
