We're on the lookout for AutoCAD Designer to join our well established and respected client based in Leicester (LE18) on a full time, permanent basis.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience).

Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 Monday - Thursday and 07:00 - 13:00 on Friday.

The Role:

As an AutoCAD Designer, you will be responsible for producing and interpreting technical designs and drawings for client's interior fit out business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality CAD drawings and designs for custom joinery projects, ensuring precision and alignment with client specifications.
• Create 2D and 3D models and visualisations to assist in project presentations and client meetings.
• Develop production-ready technical drawings.
• Work closely with clients and the production team to understand design requirements and translate them into accurate designs.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CAD Technician with minimum 3 years experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly.
