FLT Driver - Bendi / Flexi OR Counterbalance

£13.32 per hour (once on afternoon shift)

Banbury, Oxfordshire

37.5 hours per week - Sunday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Saturday 15.30 - 23.30 with 30min unpaid break (Please note you will start on Mon to Fri 10am - 6pm on £12.82 per hour)

Temp to Perm - 12 weeks

Our client, a recognised distribution company based in Banbury is looking for an experienced Bendi / Flexi OR Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their welcoming team and support their growing operations.

This is a temporary opportunity that will become permanent after successful completion of 12 weeks worked.

A fantastic opportunity to secure a stable and long-term position in Banbury.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the Bendi / Flexi or Pivot Steer Forklift for loading, unloading, and transporting goods
• Counterbalance FLT licence and experience will also be considered for this position
• Safely stack and organise products to optimise warehouse space
• Conduct equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet warehouse / production goals
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment

Job Requirements:

• Bendi / Flexi or Pivot Steer Forklift licence OR Counterbalance FLT licence
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Flexibility to handle varied tasks and occasional overtime
• A commitment to safety and warehouse best practices
