FLT Driver - Bendi / Flexi OR Counterbalance

Job Type: Full time, 12x weeks Temp - Perm

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday, 15.30 - 23.30, with 30min unpaid break.

Pay: £13.32ph

Our client, a recognised distribution company based in Banbury is looking for an experienced Bendi / Flexi OR Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their welcoming team and support their operations on fixed Sunday - Thursday, 3.30PM - 23.30. This is a temporary opportunity that will become permanent after successful completion of 12x weeks. This is a great opportunity to secure a stable and long-term job in Banbury.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the Bendi / Flexi or Pivot Steer Forklift for loading, unloading, and transporting goods.
• Safely stack and organise products to optimise warehouse space.
• Conduct equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet warehouse / production goals.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment.
• Counterbalance FLT licence and experience will also be considered for this position

Job Requirements:

• A valid, in-date Bendi / Flexi or Pivot Steer Forklift license (accredited) OR Counterbalance FLT licence is welcome but not essential!
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to handle varied tasks and occasional overtime.
• A commitment to safety and warehouse best practices.
