Caretaker - South West London - £25,000 - £27,000

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Caretaker, working for a local Housing Association in South West London.

Driving licence essential

The Role:

Working with the Housing Management Team to maintain high standards of cleanliness on the Estate, ensuring all areas are free from rubbish, clean and tidy. Various cleaning duties in the communal areas, internal and external. Using a company van to transport bulk rubbish from estates to local recycling centre.

Requirements:

Experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage and the ability to work as part of team and have excellent customer service skills. Physical role with some heavy lifting.

The successful candidate will need to have an enhanced DBS check completed at the start of employment

Monday to Friday 8am till 4pm, working 1 weekend in 4
