Working hours for Catering Assistant

Full time hours - Dayshift Position

Between Monday and Sunday 10am to 5pm/6pm (Shifts confirmed weekly)

Job description

Catering Assistant are responsible for ensuring standard operating procedures are adhered to.

  • Ensure all food safety regulations are followed.
  • Catering Assistant will work as part of a team in a busy hospitality environment.
  • General housekeeping duties.
  • Assisting with basic food preparation activities, including washing, peeling and cutting vegetables
  • Cleaning and sanitising all tableware and chafing dishes.
  • Ensure high level of hygiene standards are followed.

The successful candidate:

  • Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
  • Reliable with good timekeeping.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Previous retail experience required.
