CLASS 1 DRIVER Permanent Role

• £15.42ph - £12.71 whilst in training
• 06.00-18.00 - 18.00 -06.00
• Days, Nights, Weekends
• Temp ongoing
• Immediate Starts

The Job Role

Experience is desirable however attitude is key for success within this role.

• Carry out vehicle inspections, reporting any defects promptly
• Ensure full compliance with road traffic laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
• No long distance driving required - only port work.
• Delivering loads to different terminals in Immingham.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 UK Driving Licence/ Class 2 License / Dumper experience
• Valid CPC
• Health and Safety Conscious at all times
• Clean driving licence is preferred however up to 3 points considered
• Experience working within a similar role e.g. HGV Driver, Shunter Driver, Tramper Driver is highly desirable however all levels of experience considered
• Good customer service skills
• Flexible approach to working
• Keen to learn new skills
