Join Stafforce Ports

Stafforce Ports are recruiting Permanent Class 2 Drivers to join a well-established operation working across the Humber Ports. We are looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers, with additional skills including Class 1 driving, Tug Driving, Heavy Plant Operation and Tipper experience highly desirable.
Operating within a busy port environment, you'll be part of a team supporting essential logistics and cargo handling operations across a 24/7 operation. Both day shifts and night shifts are available, offering flexibility and long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safe operation of Class 2 vehicles within a port environment
  • Transporting materials and cargo across operational sites
  • Supporting vessel, terminal and logistics operations
  • Working safely within a busy port environment
  • Conducting vehicle checks and reporting defects
  • Following all health and safety procedures
  • Working collaboratively with port operatives, logistics teams and supervisors

Skills & Experience

We are keen to hear from candidates with any of the following:
  • Class 2 (Category C) Licence
  • Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
  • HGV Driving experience
  • Tug Driver experience
  • Heavy Plant experience
  • Tipper experience
  • Port or industrial operations experience
  • Excellent safety awareness and reliability

No CPC Required

Unlike many driving roles, CPC is not required as all operations are conducted within Humber Ports.
Candidates with Class 1 licences, Tug Driving experience, Heavy Plant experience or Tipper experience will be highly advantageous.
