The Role

We are currently recruiting for cleaning / Jet Wash Operatives to join a busy agricultural site near Skegness.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving the deep cleaning and sanitation of poultry sheds between production cycles. You will play a vital role in maintaining high hygiene and biosecurity standards across the site.
No previous agricultural experience is required, however candidates must be comfortable working in a farm environment and undertaking manual cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Jet washing and deep cleaning poultry sheds
• Removing waste, debris, and equipment from sheds prior to cleaning
• Sanitising buildings and work areas to strict hygiene standards
• Using industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Following health & safety and biosecurity procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider team with general site maintenance duties
• Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to schedule

• Hard-working and reliable individuals
• Comfortable working in a physically active role
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Previous industrial cleaning, farming, labouring, production, construction, or warehouse experience would be advantageous
• Own transport may be beneficial due to the rural location
