Stafforce are looking for Cleaner, offering immediate starts for our client in Scunthorpe, Billet Lane, DN15.

Our client is Sofina Foods, one of the UK's leading pork processors, an employer of choice with ongoing staff requirements and competitive rates of pay, including overtime.

We currently can offer shifts below with immediate starts and paid training.

Cleaner shift pattern available:
FULL TIME:

• MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM - 4PM OR 10AM - 6PM PAYRATE £12.75 p/h

The Role

To maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site, including offices, canteen facilities, welfare areas, and occasionally warehouse areas within a cold working environment. The role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and pleasant workplace for all employees while complying with company hygiene, health and safety, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain offices, meeting rooms, corridors, reception areas, toilets, and welfare facilities.
• Clean and sanitise the canteen area, including tables, worktops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures.
• Replenish consumables such as soap, hand towels, toilet rolls, and cleaning materials.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
• Carry out periodic deep cleaning tasks as required.
• Occasionally assist with cleaning duties within the warehouse, including walkways, equipment surrounds, and other allocated areas.
• Work safely within a cold environment when required and wear appropriate PPE.
• Follow all Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or shortages of cleaning supplies to management.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored correctly.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Comfortable working in both office environments and cold warehouse areas when required.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to follow company procedures.

Working Conditions

• Day shift position.
• Work is primarily carried out in offices, canteen, and welfare areas, with occasional cleaning duties in a cold warehouse environment.
• PPE must be worn where required.
