Our client, a leading print and mail specialist based in Huddersfield (HD2), is seeking an experienced Print Account Manager to join their friendly and dynamic team.


🔹 The Role

As a Print Account Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple client projects - ensuring each print and mail campaign is delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard.

You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, sales, and production teams, coordinating every stage of the process to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where attention to detail and communication skills are key.


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end print and mail projects, meeting deadlines and SLAs

  • Take detailed project briefs and create clear job specifications

  • Liaise with internal departments to monitor progress and ensure quality

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and suppliers

  • Manage invoicing and job administration

  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts

  • Deliver excellent customer service every step of the way


💼 About You

  • Proven experience in client services or account management

  • Strong organisational skills - able to manage multiple projects at once

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident working with production or logistics teams

  • A proactive problem-solver with a "customer-first" mindset

  • Commercially aware with good costing/pricing knowledge

  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

  • Experience in the print or mailing industry is highly desirable
