CNC Machine Operator - Temp to Perm

📍 Location: Bradford, BD8

💷 Pay: From £13.00 on days and £14.00 on afternoons and nights

⏰ Job Type: Full-time

Our client, based in BD8, is seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Responsibilities:

• Essential: Proven experience operating both PACER and AXYZ flatbed CNCs
• Check and action programmes (DXF files) for AXYZ and Pacer CNCs
• Create/edit cut files (advantageous)
• Machine materials including MDF, acrylic, composites, and more
• Plan and organise workload independently
• Liaise confidently with other departments and line managers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Follow all health & safety protocols
• Overtime available when required
• Forklift licence is an advantage

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' CNC operating experience (AXYZ & Pacer essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Must be able to commute to Bradford BD8 8ER
