About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join a growing team on a permanent, days-only basis in Darlington. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating CNC machinery, producing precision components, and working to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC machines (milling and/or turning) for production runs

• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately

• Conduct quality checks and maintain production records

• Ensure machines are maintained and the workspace is clean and safe

Requirements:

• Proven CNC Operator experience

• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
