Our long established Engineering client based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire are currently recruiting for a permanent CNC Miller Setter / Operator.

Our client is a trusted provider of precision components and engineered solutions across diverse industrial sectors.

CNC Miller Setter / Operator role:

As a CNC Setter / Operator, you'll play a vital role in our clients manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component. You will work with advanced CNC machinery in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to projects across high-performance sectors.

CNC Miller Setter / Operator responsibilities:

  • Set and operate CNC Milling machines to produce precision components
  • Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
  • Use metrology equipment to verify part quality
  • Meet production output targets while maintaining high standards

CNC Miller Setter / Operator requirements:

  • Previous experience setting and operating CNC milling centres
  • Ability to manage multiple machines efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive
