Construction Administrator
We are recruiting a Construction Administrator to join a reputable Façade Contractor based in the heart of Hull. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity that offers progression and career development starting from £25,000 PA
Shift pattern / Working hours
Monday to Friday 35 hours
Start date / Duration
The Construction Administrator role is a Permanent position that will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around that.
Job description
As a Construction Administrator you will be assisting in the estimating, design, engineering and projects departments. It is a junior position where you will learn to understand the links between all aspects of construction from design to installation
Duties:
- Establishing and maintaining documents for project deadlines (using Asta Power Project system)
- Produce weekly project programme updates
- Reviewing tender documents to assist in quotations and estimating
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Filing and scanning, ensuring safe keeping of documents
- Assisting and processing in the requesting of materials needed to complete a construction project
- Assisting with production works orders
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Construction Administrator you MUST;
· Have GCSE's, specifically in Maths
· Computer literate
· Be a problem solver
· Have 2 years in administration
· Self motivated , organised, work to deadlines,
· Willingness to learn
