Job Details

Are you passionate about Continous Improvement. We are looking to recruit an expereinced Continous Improvement / Process Improvement Lead in Hereford on a permanent basis.

Are you already a CI Lead or someone that has a strong background in Continous Improvement that is looking for their next step in to a senior role.

Skills needed:

* Manufacturing experience in delivering technical solutions.
* Practical knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or similar Continuous Improvement techniques.
* Strong understanding of ISO and BSI systems and processes.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Excellent analytical problem solving skills.
* Proven ability to drive change and implement continuous improvement plans.

Monday to Friday 0800-1700
