Stafforce are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator role at Sofina Foods (Youngs Seafood), based in Grimsby for maternity cover on a 39 weeks fixed term contract.
Hours; Monday- Friday 8.45am-5pm
Pay rate; £14.32 p/h
The role;
Key responsibilities for the Customer Service Administrator role are below;
* Management of customer orders
* Primary point of contact for dedicated retail supply chain contacts
* Build relationship with retailers.
* Interpret customer intelligence to maintain best possible forecast
* Forecast 13 week short term forecast on Sofco (Forecasting system)
* Monthly forecast meeting
* Review forecast accuracy & sales variance and take actions for improvements.
* Manage promotional activity planning, confirmations, phasing, conformance & performance to maximise the promotion.
* Work with retailers to achieve a collaborative forecast
* Daily service reporting external & internal
* Weekly Service reporting
* Problem solving to find root cause
* Liaising with factory planner to maximise customer service
Skills and Experience required;
* Analytical
* Microsoft advanced
* SAP knowledge would be an advantage
* Attention to detail
* Work on own initiative and collaborate as a team
* Understanding of supply chains within an FMCG environment
* Maximise consistent customer service to 98.5%
* Maximise In Store availability to 99%
* Improve forecast accuracy
* Balance between customer and business expectations
* Establish credibility with stakeholders
