CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER
We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Manager to a small family owned business based in Hull (HU4). This is a Permanent Position, offering a salary of £27,500 plus a discretionary Christmas Bonus.

Monday to Friday 8am-4pm

The Customer Service Manager role is a Permanent position that will commence from the beginning of April, however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.
Job description
As a Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for ensuring customers are kept satisfied at all times along with supporting with sales and administration tasks for a well known bottled and plumbed water cooler distributer. Your duties will include;
· Having weekly contact with the existing customer base to check required deliveries
· Conducting telesales and creating quotations for potential new customers
· Dealing with enquiries from existing customers and updating details where necessary
· Inputting customer orders onto a bespoke software
· Ensuring the customer is satisfied with the service at all times
· Organising efficient routes for 3-4 drivers per day from the orders that have been generated
· Uploading the deliveries completed by the drivers the day before
· Recording the total number of bottles swapped, sanitised and cups delivered by each driver
· Print and check the vehicle trackers for each driver
· Ordering cooler replacements or new machines when needed
· Liaising with other colleagues and drivers to ensure each day runs smoothly.
The successful candidate:
To be considered for the position of Customer Service Manager you must;
· Have experience working in a similar role previously
· Be competent on Microsoft Mail, Excel and Word
· Have excellent customer service skills
· Be able to prioritise tasks and manage own workload efficiently
