Cut and Crease Operator - Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Cut and Crease Operator to join our Client based in BD11 . This is a permanent role working shifts 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare jobs for die-cutting and ensure smooth production flow.
  • Run and monitor jobs, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Record accurate information on MIS/Computer Systems to track operations, quantities, and quality checks.
  • Perform daily machine maintenance and Health & Safety checks.
  • Complete other daily tasks as requested by managers or supervisors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in die-cutting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Motivated, reliable, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Awareness and knowledge of Health & Safety practices.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Competitive wage: £15.50 - £17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
