We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across our systems, ensuring information is current and reliable.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems
  • Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain and organise records, both electronic and paper-based
  • Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
  • Generate reports and extract data when required
  • Support administrative team with ad hoc tasks
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies


Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Desirable Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems or databases
  • Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Familiarity with data analysis or reporting tools
