We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce and Website Manager on behalf of our client in Lincoln. You will be responsible for overseeing online sales and marketing strategies. This will ensure the best SEO strategies and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience through our e-commerce platforms.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary depends on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business goal
  • Develop and implement user-facing features using front-end technologies
  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce platforms, including website, Shopify and other third-party marketplaces
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to online platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with other business functions
  • Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions

Skills:

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize website visibility on search engines
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Shopify
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling product descriptions and promotional content
  • Experience in B2B e-commerce is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in IT systems and platforms used in e-commerce operations
  • Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce projects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
  • Familiarity with Google Ads or other online advertising platforms
