We are seeking an experienced and motivated E-commerce Manager on behalf of our client in Lincoln. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online sales and marketing strategies. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the customer experience through our e-commerce platforms.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Salary depends on experience

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and achieve business goals

· Manage and optimize the e-commerce platforms, including website, Shopify and other third-party marketplaces

· Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the e-commerce industry

· Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our online platforms

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with other business functions

· Monitor website analytics and key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions

· Manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability

· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce

Skills:

· Strong leadership skills

· Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies

· Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling product descriptions and promotional content

· Experience in B2B e-commerce is highly desirable

· Proficiency in IT systems and platforms used in e-commerce operations

· Project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor e-commerce projects

· Knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize website visibility on search engines

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English

· Familiarity with Google Ads or other online advertising platforms
