About the Role:

We're looking for a qualified Electrician to join a leading housing provider, carrying out electrical repairs, installations, servicing, and inspections across their residential properties. If you have experience in social housing and a strong commitment to high-quality workmanship, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electrical faults, aiming for first-time fixes.
  • Carry out rewires, installations, and upgrades to domestic electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with BS7671 regulations and health & safety policies.
  • Work on planned maintenance projects, including kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
  • Keep customers informed, providing excellent service.
  • Maintain and use company vehicles, tools, and PPE correctly.
  • Be available for emergency call-outs on a rota basis.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fully qualified Electrician (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
  • Experience in social housing or residential electrical work.
  • Strong knowledge of BS7671 regulations (2394/2395 desirable).
  • Full UK driving licence (role involves travel between properties).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • IT proficiency to complete job reports and documentation.
