Join Our Team as an Estate Cleaner/Caretaker - Poplar, East London

Are you an experienced cleaner with an eye for detail and a passion for maintaining safe, clean spaces?

Stafforce is recruiting dedicated Estate Cleaners/Caretakers for our client in Poplar, East London. This role is perfect for someone with a solid background in the cleaning industry who values both quality and community care.

What You Will Do:

  • Keep windows, doors, stairwells, and lifts spotless and inviting
  • Sweep, mop, hoover, and ensure a clean environment throughout the estate
  • Manage waste removal and ensure bins are tidy and in place
  • Identify and report necessary repairs promptly
  • Engage with residents and provide outstanding customer service
  • Address and report anti-social behaviour, supporting a safe community
  • Follow Health & Safety standards to keep the estate safe for everyone

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in the Cleaning Industry: Proven experience in a similar role is essential
  • Detail-Oriented: A commitment to thoroughness in every task
  • Team Player & Independent Worker: Adaptable to working solo or with a team
  • Reliable & Punctual: Ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results

Hours & Schedule:

  • Standard Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Weekend Rotation: Work 1 in 4 weekends from 8:00 am to 11:30 am
