Stafforce are currently looking for an Estimator to join a growing team in Leeds. Within this role you will be providing estimates and supporting tenders for projects within the secondary steel market.

What to Expect:

• Working within a specialist company engaged in the design, fabrication, and installation of highly engineered steel work, staircases, and balustrade systems.
• Engage in a variety of tasks, including managing the enquiry process, identifying commercially viable schemes, and preparing estimates for structural steel work and associated allied trades.
• Providing estimates for values up to £5M
• Maintain and build upon current client relationships and assist in developing new client relationships and business opportunities.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the estimating and tender process, liaising closely with clients and all departments across the business.

What We Need:

• Experience estimating for architectural metalwork projects.
• Ideally possess a relevant qualification in an appropriate technical or engineering-related discipline.
• A commercially aware, customer-focused professional with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to manage a varied workload within tight deadlines.
• Thorough practical understanding of the estimating process and the ability to work from detailed drawings and specifications.
• Ideally possess a relevant qualification in an appropriate technical or engineering-related discipline.
