Location: Lincoln & Surrounding Areas
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: 7:00am - 8:00pm
Job Type: Seasonal / Ad Hoc Work

Job Summary

We're looking for hardworking, reliable General Farm Workers to support a variety of farming operations across Lincoln and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, working with livestock and agricultural environments, and don't mind getting stuck into physical work.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
• Comfortable standing, bending and lifting throughout long shifts
• Flexible to work seasonal and ad hoc assignments
• Previous farming or agricultural experience is beneficial but not essential
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Driving licence and own transport preferred due to rural locations
