Are you passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are looking for a Fashion Consultant to join our prestigious client, based in the heart of Covent Garden. If you have a strong background in fashion retail and love building genuine relationships with clients, we'd love to hear from you!

Full-time (40 hours/week) - Fully flexible over 5 days, including weekends

What you will be doing: -

• Offering personalised styling and building one-to-one relationships with clients
• Driving sales through exceptional service and commercial awareness
• Meeting and exceeding individual targets and KPIs
• Keeping up to date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
• Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique

What we are looking for: -

• 2-3 years of fashion retail experience (clothing preferred)
• Proven track record in customer service and styling
• Confident communicator who thrives in a client-facing role
• Previous experience working with KPIs or individual sales targets
• Passionate, proactive, and commercially minded
