Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building lasting client relationships and driving business growth? Our client, a market-leading business within their sector, is on the lookout for a dynamic Field Business Development Manager to join their expanding team and take ownership of the North East and Scotland territory.

Role Overview:

As the Field BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing your own pipeline, and nurturing existing client relationships. You'll be representing a reputable brand known for quality and service, with the autonomy to manage your territory and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and win new business across the North East and Scotland region
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Deliver tailored solutions and value-based selling to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activity

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven field sales or business development experience (B2B essential)
  • Experience managing a large territory or regional patch
  • Strong networking, negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
