Monday to Thursday 8.30am until 5pm & Friday 8.30am until 3.30pm

Our prestigious manufacturing client, based in Banbury, Oxfordshire is looking to recruit a permanent Finance Administrator, as a result of continuing business growth.

Finance Administrator responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices in document management system
  • Process manual invoices and credit notes
  • Arranging approval of invoices for payment
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve reconciling items
  • Liaise with and report to relevant stakeholders regarding unmatched invoices
  • Provide analysis and investigation, including reporting overdue creditors & payment patterns
  • Deal with telephone and email queries from suppliers
  • Process sterling & foreign payments
  • Periodically deal with customer queries and debt collection

Finance Administrator requirements:

  • Confidence and appropriate etiquette in responding to inbound calls and emails received internally and externally
  • Attention to detail regarding data entry and competence in checking own inputs ensuring no errors
  • Experience using Excel
  • A willingness and demonstrable ability to learn new systems and processes
  • An ability to use initiative and apply problem -solving skills where appropriate
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Strong organisational, planning and tine management skills
