Job description

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for -

• Maintaining PO tracker, ensuring purchase orders are approved and receipted in a timely manner.
• Ensuring due process is followed for spend requests by any member of the Agriculture Team.
• Maintaining, goods receipting and reporting on harvest straw.
• Maintaining, goods receipting and reporting on contractor costs.
• Maintaining, goods receipting and reporting on repair costs.
• Maintaining, goods receipting and reporting on agency labour.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong organisational skills, working to tight deadlines.
• Strong, clear communication skills at all levels.
• Good Excel Knowledge with the ability to work on in-house systems.

Suitable candidates for the role of Finance Assistant will ideally have experience of working in a busy office environment in a similar role.
