Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing deliveries, overseeing stock, and ensuring all goods are dispatched promptly. As the products you handle relate to health care, attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking in Deliveries: Accurately record and manage incoming goods.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure stock is handled, stored, and tracked according to company procedures.
  • Parcel Dispatch: Organise and prepare outgoing deliveries, ensuring the correct items are dispatched to the correct addresses.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Handle deliveries carefully, particularly those involving pathogens or sensitive healthcare items.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure all products and associated documentation are correct, minimizing errors, especially for patient deliveries.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Must have FLT Reach License (Counterbalance as well is desirable)
  • Have SAP experience (highly preferred) or be willing to learn.
  • Be detail-oriented and ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Work efficiently, maintaining high standards of health and safety when handling sensitive materials.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focused on quality and accuracy.
  • Be prepared to handle deliveries that include pathogens and medical supplies.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay: £12.34 per hour.
  • Flexible Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Temporary to Permanent Opportunity: Initially agency work, with potential to transition to a permanent position based on performance.
