FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

We are recruiting experienced Food Production Operatives to join a highly prestigious food manufacturer in Hull (HU3). This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an Employer of Choice within a role that suits reliable, hands‑on people who enjoy working as part of a team and can be flexible with shift patterns

Shift pattern / Working hours
Shifts are confirmed on a week by week basis, we are ideally looking for candidates that can work 40 hours per week but we will consider students or part time applications who can commit to 20 hours. Typical shifts are;
6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am / 6am-6pm / 6am-10am / 2pm-6pm / 6pm-10pm/ 6pm-6am
Flexibility is highly desired!

Food Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect.

Job description
As a Food Production Operative you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked goods and helping to keep high‑quality food manufacturing running smoothly. Your duties will include;

  • Working on a fast‑paced production line preparing, packing, and quality‑checking food products
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Operating machinery (training provided)
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised, and running efficiently
  • General production line work including packing and loading produce.
