FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

Working in partnership with a high quality food producer based in Driffield, we are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Food Production Operatives and Packers. This is an ongoing position that will offer permanent positions to the right candidates, starting on a pay rate of £11.75ph, rising to £12ph after 12 weeks.

Shift pattern / Working hours

· Monday to Thursday 6am - 4pm OR

Start date / Duration

The Food Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect, however, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this. This position is ongoing with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Job description

As a Food Production Operative your day to day duties will include;

· Weighing small food products into different sized bags

· Sealing and wrapping products into various packaging

· Decorating small food products

· Spraying products with edible food colouring

· Adhering to food health and safety at all times

The successful candidate:

To be considered for the position of Food Production Operative you must;

· previous experience working in food production environment and advantage but not essential

· Have own transport, due to location

· Be self-motivated and show eagerness to work

· Be reliable and punctual

· Be looking for ongoing work and eager to secure a permanent position
