Pay Rate: £12.49 per hour increasing 1st April 2026

Shift: Monday to Thursday, 09:00am-21:00pm

About the Role

Stafforce are recruiting for an experienced Bendi/Flexi Forklift Driver to join a fast‑paced 3PL fulfilment and logistics operation based in Erith. This site handles high‑volume stock movement, ecommerce fulfilment, and general warehouse operations for multiple clients, offering a busy and varied working environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys warehouse work, is confident operating Bendi/Flexi trucks, and is looking for stable hours and long shifts.

Key Duties

As a Forklift Driver, you will be responsible for:

• Operating Bendi/Flexi trucks safely and efficiently to move stock around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Supporting the fulfilment team with picking, packing, palletising and stock replenishment
• Completing general warehouse duties when required
• Ensuring the warehouse remains clean, organised, and compliant with H&S standards
• Working as part of a busy team to meet daily operational targets

Requirements

• Valid Bendi/Flexi Forklift licence
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts (09:00-21:00) Monday-Thursday
• Good communication skills and a proactive work attitude
• Reliability and strong attention to safety
