We are looking for experienced and reliable Forklift Operators to join a busy operation in Immingham, with a strong focus on bagging and material handling.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FLT Driver looking for flexible shifts and strong earning potential, with rates of up to £25 per hour.

Your earnings are linked to tonnage - the more you bag, the more you can earn!

The Role

As a Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in the bagging operation, safely operating FLT equipment while supporting the movement and handling of materials.

Your duties will include:

• Operating a forklift as part of the bagging operation

• Moving and handling bagged products

• Loading and unloading materials

• Moving products and materials around the site

• Supporting the bagging process and maintaining productivity

• Working towards tonnage and productivity targets

• Completing daily pre-use FLT checks

• Reporting any mechanical or safety issues

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Following all site health & safety procedures

The role offers earning potential of up to £25 per hour, with pay linked to the amount of tonnage being bagged.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Forklift Licence - Counterbalance/ B1, B2 or B3

• Previous FLT driving experience

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Experience in warehouse, port, manufacturing or logistics environments

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

• Strong health & safety awareness

• Reliable and hardworking

• Able to work towards productivity targets

• Flexible to work days, nights and weekends

Desirable Experience

• Experience within a bagging operation

• Port, dock or industrial FLT experience

• Experience handling bulk materials

• Additional plant tickets, such as loading shovel, telehandler or tug driver
