Stafforce is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Drivers for a leading warehouse and distribution operation based in Workington.


This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and well-established site offering consistent, full-time hours and a competitive shift pattern.

Shift Pattern

  • 4 Days On, 4 Days Off, 4 Nights On
  • Rotating pattern
  • 12-hour shifts- 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am

The Role


As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
Key responsibilities include: Operating Counterbalance and/or Reach Forklift Trucks safely
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock within the warehouse
Carrying out stock replenishment duties
Completing routine vehicle checks
Following all health and safety procedures
Supporting general warehouse activities when required

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance licence
  • Previous forklift driving experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work rotating days and nights
