We're recruiting on behalf of a respected manufacturer based on a modern estate in Maldon, Essex. They are known for delivering high quality products, excellent service, and great value to customers.

🔧 The Role

You'll be a key part of the production and warehouse team, supporting:

  • Picking and packing
  • Assisting with manufacturing processes
  • Operating forklifts (must have a valid licence)
  • Loading and unloading pallets
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment

Working Hours

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
  • Friday: 08:00 - 16:00
  • Flexible breaks available

💷 Pay & Perks

  • Salary: £23,000 to £26000 per annum depending on experience
  • Permanent job
  • Performance bonus available for excellent attendance and productivity
  • Free on-site parking

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance or Reach Forklift licence
  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing or production (ideally in construction materials)
  • Positive attitude and team focused approach
  • Reliable, punctual and health & safety aware
