Forklift/ FLT Operator - Immediate Start

Location: Stallingborough

Salary: £14 per hour

Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Shift: Rotating: one week 07.00 - 15.00 one week 09.00 - 17.00

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift operator to join our busy team. You'll be responsible for safely operating forklift trucks to move, load and unload goods and ensure efficient warehouse flow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an in-date FLT licence who is looking for a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance / Reach / VNA forklift trucks
• Load, unload, store and move materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Valid FLT Counterbalance / Reach licence (RTITB/ITSSAR)
• Previous warehouse/FLT operator experience
• Good understanding of health & safety
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong attention to detail

Desirable

• Previous experience in logistics or manufacturing
• Full UK Driving licence is preferred due to location
• Experience using WMS systems
