We're looking for an experienced Gantry Crane Operator to join a high-performing team within a busy port environment. If you have a steady hand, a sharp eye, and thrive in fast-paced operational settings, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career.
You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of containers, cargo, and materials using port-based gantry cranes - playing a key part in keeping the supply chain running smoothly.
🔹 Operate ship-to-shore and/or yard gantry cranes safely and efficiently
🔹 Load and unload containers, bulk materials, and general cargo
🔹 Perform daily operational checks and basic maintenance reporting
🔹 Work closely with ground teams, signalers, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
🔹 Adhere to strict safety, compliance, and port regulations
🔹 Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational procedures
✔ Previous experience operating gantry cranes (port or heavy-lifting background preferred)
✔ Valid/ expired crane operating certificates/tickets
✔ Strong awareness of safety protocols
✔ Ability to work shifts and in all-weather port environments
✔ Team player with strong communication skills
✔ Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of work
