Greenhouse Worker
Due to shift times and location, you MUST have your own transport
We are recruiting a reliable, hardworking Greenhouse worker to support our clients in 1 of 2 locations, Burtswick (HU12) and Brough (HU15). This is a fantastic opportunity that offers stability and could lead to permanent work starting at (£12.21/hr)
Shift pattern / Working hours
Monday to Friday 6.30 am to 4pm
Start date / Duration
The Greenhouse Worker role will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.
Job description
As a Greenhouse Worker you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the tomatoes and Cucumbers during the season. Your day to day duties will include:
· Maintaining high-quality standards : Monitor packed vegetables closely to ensure they meet compliance and food quality requirements.
· Picking leaves off Tomatoes and Packing
· Following food health and safety guidelines: Work safely and responsibly, adhering to all company safety procedures and policies.
· Manual lifting - up to 12KG
