The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HSEQ & Compliance Manager to take ownership of Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality, Information Security, and Facilities across multiple operational sites. This is a senior, hands-on position that combines strategic leadership with operational delivery in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

This role is ideal for an HSEQ professional who thrives on responsibility, enjoys influencing at senior level, and is passionate about driving a strong safety and compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Ensure full compliance with HSE, environmental legislation, and ISO standards
  • Oversee internal and external audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Manage risk, insurance, and facilities processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on compliance, risk, and best practice
  • Drive engagement and promote a positive HSEQ culture across all sites

Essential Requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or working towards)
  • NEBOSH General Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HSE / Compliance role
  • Proven experience managing ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 27001
  • Strong experience leading audits, investigations, and compliance programmes
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel between sites
